Terms and Conditions 條款及細則

This event is organised by Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").
Participants must read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By completing the registration process, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Participants must comply with all rules, conditions, and requirements of the event as stipulated by the Organiser.
Participants under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to registration.
Each participating child runner must be accompanied by at least one adult with a valid event admission pass.
A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration. If you have not received a confirmation email after 9 November 2026, please contact us at advancement@yccece.edu.hk or call 3977 9899.
All registration fees and donations paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Event quotas are limited, and registration applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis until full. The Organiser reserves the right to close registration early without prior notice.
Participants must ensure that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any registration containing false information, incomplete payment, or failure to follow the registration procedures.
The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse participation to any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements or who breaches these Terms and Conditions, without providing any reason.
Should the event venue or related facilities become unsuitable for use due to safety concerns, adverse weather conditions, traffic conditions, government directives, or any other reason, the Organiser reserves the right to change the event venue, date, time, or format.
Participants are advised to stay informed of the latest event arrangements and announcements through the Organiser’s website and social media platforms.
Participants shall be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or liability incurred by the Organiser arising from their actions, negligence, misconduct, or deliberate damage during the event.
Participants consent to the Organiser and its authorized representatives taking photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings during the event.
Participants authorize the Organiser and its designated parties to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute photographs, videos, or recordings containing their image, voice, likeness, and event participation for promotional, publicity, website, publication, and marketing purposes related to the Organiser and the event, without prior notice or compensation.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend, supplement, interpret, or modify any event rules and guidelines at any time. Any updates will be announced on the official event website or social media platforms.
No baggage storage service will be provided at the event venue. Participants are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, including valuables.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own reusable water bottles to help reduce plastic consumption.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of any dispute, the Organiser’s decision shall be final.
The Organiser shall have the final rights and authority regarding all event arrangements, competition results, and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

本活動由耀中幼教學院（下稱「主辦機構」）主辦。
參加者必須仔細閱讀本條款及細則。完成報名的參加者即表示已閱讀、明白並同意遵守本條款及細則。
參加者必須接受及遵守主辦機構之活動規則、條件和規定。
未滿 18 歲之參加者，必須於報名時取得家長或合法監護人同意。
每位參與的兒童跑手需由最少一位已購買入場證的成人陪同。
成功報名後參加者會收到確認電子郵件。如果您在2026年11月9日或之後仍然沒有收到確認郵件，請發送電子郵件至 advancement@yccece.edu.hk或致電 3977 9899聯繫我們。
所有已繳交之報名費及捐款在任何情況下均不可退還且不可轉讓。
活動名額有限，報名申請將以先到先得方式處理，額滿即止。主辦機構有權提早截止報名日期，而不作任何通知。
參加者必須確保於報名時提供之所有資料均為真實、準確及完整。如資料不實或未完成繳費，或未有按正確程序報名，主辦機構保留拒絕接受該報名的權利。
主辦機構保留拒絕任何不符合資格或違反本條款人士參加活動之最終權利，而毋須作出解釋。
如活動場地或相關設施因安全、天氣、交通、政府指示或其他原因而不適合使用，主辦機構有權更改活動地點、時間或形式。
有關活動的最新安排與消息，請密切留意主辦機構的網頁或社交媒體平台公布。
若參加者在活動期間因任何行為、過失或蓄意破壞而導致主辦機構承擔任何損失、損害、費用或責任，參加者必須承擔相關賠償責任。
本人同意主辦機構及其授權人士於活動期間進行拍攝、錄影及錄音。
本人授權主辦機構及其指定機構在毋須通知或支付報酬之情況下，使用包含本人肖像、聲音、影象及賽事表現之照片、影片或錄音，用於本機構及本活動的宣傳、推廣、網頁展示及刊物等用途。
主辦機構有保留、增加、修改及詮釋任何規則、須知之權利；若有任何修改，則以活動官方網址或社交媒體平台公布為準。
主辦機構於活動現場不恉提供行李寄存服務，參加者須自行保管個人財物。主辦機構對隨身貴重物品之遺失、損毀或被盜概不負責。
主辦機構鼓勵參加者自備水樽，減少塑膠消耗。
主辦機構保留更改條款及細則之權利。如有任何爭議，主辦機構保留最終決定權。
主辦機構對本活動之所有安排、比賽結果及條款解釋擁有最終決定權。
